concern!!!

im a 26 year old female who has suffured from diarrha most of my life..around the age of 10-15 every night after dinner i would get very bad stomach cramps and have diarrhea at least once..then it seemed to settle down for a few years, but over the past 5-6 years it has been a daily occurence..although the stomach cramps are reduced to almost nothing i hardly ever have a solid stool...(maybe once every 2 weeks). i just learnd to live with it and thought it was normal. in the past 6 months i thought maybe it was alcohole but even if i dont have a drink all week i generally have diarrhea once a day.. normally in the morning about 1-2 after eating...then maybe again in the afternoon or after dinner... i just get that familur feeling in my lower stomach, go to toilet then feel great. im starting to think there may be a real problem here...please help.

It could be that that is your normal but seeing a doctor to check it out would be good and give you some peace of mind.
