may i know about sign and symptom, immunological features, diagnosis, treatment and therapy, and lastly factors that causes the disease?

can u tell me all these?

Go to the CCFA (Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America) website. It is a really good place to start. Their site includes easy to understand information about symptoms, treatment options, resources, etc...

I presume that you have recently been diagnosed or suspect that you may have Crohn's or Colitis.
