No, chrons is a thickening of the wall of the colon (large intesting) or small intestine.  You may also have inflamation (inflammation) etc. when it is flaring.  But can be anywhere from your mouth to your anus.  Also may form fistulas

Colotis is ulcers and inflamation (inflammation) of the colon.
