crohns disease
i have had crohns for 35 years.  i have had skin trouble.  I went to dermatologist did skin biopsys,  did not show that i have any autoimmune disease.  I am confused how crohn's did not show up.  my question is does that mean I do not have crohn's  disease?

Not necessarily. You may not have had a flare up at the time and it didn't show up on the skin biopsy.
How were you diagnosed the first time with Crohns? Did they do biopsies of the colon?
