Crohn's in itself would not usually cause an enlarged liver. However, it depends on what medications you are taking. I self inject 12.5 mg of methotrexate (a chemo drug)  weekly, which is an immuno-suppressant. This can, and does affect the liver. I have been incredibly lucky that it has not affected my liver (yet!), but I have monthly liver tests (LFT) to ensure it is okay. I have been on mtx for 6-7 years and is the only drug to keep my disease in some sort of remission.
Liz.
