YES!  I was diagnosed with Crohn's due to an eye disease.  See an MD/DO Opthamologist asap.

actually yeah I've heard it being diagnosed due to scleresis ( think thats how it is spelt), Infection in the eye

Yup, I have Crohn's and actually had a flare up in my eyes.  I just thought that my eyes weren't getting enough oxygen due to an overuse of my contacts, but unfortunately that was not the case.  I have white blood cells in my eyes (apparently that's not so good), and my eyes were all red and there was a nodule on the surface of one of the eyes.  Ironically the doctor had to give me Prednisone drops to make it all go away...good times.  So, moral of the story, go to the eye doctor and make sure they know you have Crohn's so they're fully informed when they check your eyes.
