elivated liver in Bloodwork

I am a 47 yr old woman who has Chrons, arthritis, fybromialgia,  and lower  back pain. Well question is I take medicine  (6-mp  for chrons, Lyrica for Fybro.plus amatriptaline, and percocet at night to sleep) I have to have blood work every 3 mo. to watch my leval. Well  for the past yr my levals have been great, except the last one. My liver emzimes were 123...........repeated blood work today. But if it comes back the same, what could be causing this, and what do I need to do? worried but most of all just want to be prepared
