fistula

Dear doctor ,I really truely need your help.please answer my question.I am embarassed to talk about but I have to. I am 29 years old and a virgin. but after so many years living with those beliefs I had anal sex 5 months ago which effected me psychologically and I think physically. after that day I had blood in my stool for 3 days. and then it stopped ,I never had pain. but what happened is after that day, after reaching orgasm there is no *** in my vigina (vagina), I mean it is dry and to what I know after orgasm you should have *** coming out, so where does this *** go, is it possible that this anal sex caused problems or tears, I searched the internet and found fistula ,I feel *** comes out of my anus instead of vigina (vagina),Im going crazy , I am scared so scared I cannot function properly for 5 months, I have this on my mind every minute,I went to a gyno she just listened to me and examined and said nothing is worng and just performes some rutine tests like the papsmear and some other tests which I truely dont know what they were, i so scared when I read things about fistula ,becasue of my families beleifs I cannot get help from them , they are docors but I cannot seek help they will be very mad, I know Im 29 but in my culture that is not important, thats why I need your help, please whay should I do, its like after that day I feel that everything is different and even my periods are more severe and I sometimes check to see if blood is coming out of my anus while having my period which I dont think I do, but from what I read about fistula , it doesnt show at the beginiing but it gets worse and shows after sometime, docor please help me, Im going out of my mind, of there is anything else I can explain plese let me know.please help me
