flaring?

I am diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohn's of the ileum and colon with a hx of fistulas. I've been in remission for several years with Remicade and 6MP.  In the few months, I have developed recurring low grade fevers, pain/tenderness/swelling around my belly button after eating, joint inflammation, fatigue, and loose stools. A fecal test ruled out infection but showed white blood cells. Colonoscopy was ok but waiting for biopsy results. Doctor recommended a video capsule endoscopy and/or CT scan to rule out inflammation of small intestine. Can I be flaring if the colonoscopy looked ok? If I'm not flaring then what are these symptoms?
