high AST/ALT levels and crohn's

i have crohn's since i was 30 however it has been under control for more than 5 years without meds... suddenly my ast (65 U/L) and alt levels (92 U/L) shot up during this year's exam...

can crohn's cause this increase?

or can some of the meds i take for bipolar cause it? lithium, deplin, wellbrutin, lamictal...

i am getting another test done today and will see my doctor (not my GI specialist) in two days to analyse it further.

thanks for any thoughts/advice...
