i have two disorders together that are very rare

i have crohn's and auto immune hemolyitic anemia together and the doctors don't know what to do as far as treatment for the crohn's cause i have the autoimmune hemolyitic anemia, they don't know anyone else who has these two disorders together and don't have any idea what the best treatment is so if you have any advice or insite can i please have some

Ive been doing well on 3 big fish oil capsules a day and aloe juice .this was from my doctor. because I dont do well on meds. also stay away from wheat and dairy. How bad is your ibd now?
