i need help please

I have had for the past 5 years pressure and stabbing pain under my right ribs. My doctor was guessing gallstones so i had an ultra sound done,but no stones detected .Back and forth i would go to the doctors .With no results . So i kind of gave up . Up until about 2 weeks ago i started experiencing slight dizziness and my legs at times would go to jelly.I also felt i was loosing my balance.Almost passing out also extreme exertion and no feeling of hunger.hence i had not eaten for about 4 days.  So i went to the hospital after being in the emergency department for the whole day with iv fluid and morphine and anti nausea medicine .they told me i had constipation and treated to with an enema and sent me home Are these symptoms really associated with constipation.I feel i was fobbed off. I Must admit after being cleaned out i did feel better .But since being home for 1 day i have eaten and now i have bloating and feel like a tightened band is in my abdomen . Could i have food allergies .i wonder if anyone could help as this is kinda scary. many thanks for your help.

Hi thankyou so much for helping. I will be for the 3rd time having yet another ultra sound in the morning and i pray they find something. If not then im not sure where to go to from here. Will let you know how i get on thankyou again .:-)

I have Ulcerative colitis. While in remission, I had this terrible pain at the bottom of my breastbone. It was so very bad and I could get no relief. I had an ultrasound to find gallstones and they found none so they wanted to do a hydascan but I canceled because the pain went away. The only thing that helped was heat. It would get worse when I got angry. Very troubling. I had it when I was pregnant as well but it responded somewhat to antacids.

It takes a lot of perseverance to get a diagnosis sometimes and if you don't have the money for test after test then it can be just too hard.
