is it a crohn's disease?

I've experienced pain on the lower left side of my abdomen. i came to tolerate it. i eaten my food at 12:30nn after it i experienced relief. however 30 minutes after the pain went back again severely. the pain radiated on the flank area and intensifies the pain. but it was just for a few minutes and pain gone. although i experienced it for how many times. i never expect that the pain i experienced a moment ago was much painful compared to previous attack i had last year. do i have a crohn's disease?
