life after resection surgery

Hi my name is chad and I have had chrones disease for 11 years now and I just recently ( 9 weeks to be exact) had a resection for chrones disease. I have experienced infection where the incision is and it was an absys (abscess). I am getting packing done by home care which is driving me nuts because the packing keeps coming out, and my hole is still an inch and a half deep. the packing is some annyoing silver flex strips .  Just recently I have had rectal bleeding and found out that it could be inflammation and Im hoping that its not the disease growing already. The emergency doctor ran some blood work and found out the blood was fine. Im just really streesed but I am going to see my surgeon tommorow. Has there been anyone out there with these same symptoms as me?
