lower left back pain

Ive been having pain in my lower leftside of my back for the past 1yr, almost close to my left kidney. It affects my entire left side of my body, focusing on spots such as wrist, shoulder, neck, left side jaw. This pain is an ongoing pain.  I had a sonogram and CT scan to rule kidney stones or fibriods, both came back normal. It is extremely painful at times, especially before and after mentrals.
