need help immediately
i have IBD since 10 years. now i am suffering from 6 anal fistulas. i have learned to cope with the. but my only concern is that can these lead to an anal or any other cancer????

Not necessary...let the doctors conduct tests and treat the condition. Please don't let such worries bring you down. We all know how important it is to stay positive and it's healing powers.

You've lived with IBD for ten years & you could lecture people like me on the benefits of staying positive, isn't it?
