not sure whats wrong

ok so i am a 23 year old male currently having abdominal pain it tends to be a dull pain that sharpens after eating it tends to stay on the lower end of my abdomen however over the past week it seems to be moving upward to my upper left side. I went to the doctor about a week ago and my ct scan with dye came back ok as well as my blood work with nothing on the scan or the blood work i have just been dealing with it its been going on for a about 4 weeks now any sugestions?

I'm in that same boat the pain I have is just like yours and many of my tests came back negative including a colonoscopy. One of my doctors said that it might be IBS but my symptoms don't completely mach that. Google IBS see if the symptoms match for you.

havent had a colonoscopy yet... however the longer this goes on the more im tempted to the problem im having is that nothing ive looked at matches quite right as there is no abnormality in my bowel movments its just the pain
