perforation!!!!

perforation!!!!

I had some anal toy play and i dont know if it is from that but after like 4 days i have developed fever 38Co and diarrea (diarrhea) 4-5 times a day of very watery stool...
It comes after bowel cramping..... and after i pass the stool i feel good again.....
The symtoms (symptoms) started yesterday and today iam feeling much better but still have some fever and diarrea (diarrhea) still persists and i do not think it is from perforation as i do not have vomiting or intence constant pain......

I think its just a stomach flu....
Could it be perforation?

A person with a perforated bowel has a hole in the wall of the stomach, small intestine, or large intestine. The perforated bowel allows food or stool to leak into the abdomen. The food or stool causes severe inflammation of the inside of the abdomen, called peritonitis. Causes of perforated bowel include abdominal injury, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer disease, colorectal cancer, and diverticulitis.

Symptoms of a perforated bowel include severe abdominal pain, abdominal swelling, abdominal tenderness, nausea, vomiting, and fever.

Treatment for a perforated bowel requires surgery to repair the hole in the stomach or intestine.

You might want to see a GP to get it checked out or go to an emerg if you don't want to talk to your family doc about it.
