i'm a women in my thirthy's i have fistula ,i'm following up with a colon and rectal surgeon i did a fistula plug surgery but it wasn't successful now he said we gonna try the seton tightning thing does anybody has informations about this procedure.

Mostly, I wanted to let you know you are not alone. And I do wish you the best of luck. I see my GI tomorrow to see what my next step for my fistule is. I haven't had any surgeries yet. I have only been on antibiotic for what seems like forever and have had my Remicade dose doubled in the hopes that it would close up on it's own. No luck for me so far.
