what is the name of this disease?
I feel mucus diarrhea,its really hurt.
this cause is fungus or infection or imflammation or cancer?

It could just be some type of gastric infection since you've mentioned pain.

I'd suggest you keep yourself hydrated & see a doctor ASAP!
