severe bone & [elvic pain

I have crohns and an ileostomy with no colon, rectal area sealed.  however, i have severe pain in tailbone, sacral area with pain when i urinate. pain feels like its in my bladder or prostqte or both.  i have pain in rectal floor and in butt cheek area.  im on methedone and oxycodone but pain is breaking thru both meds. i tiried a dorsal stimulator but it could not stop the awful pain. when i awake in the mornong im nauseated and the pain is a sicky-like pain. i have to lay on my couch for 3 hours before my pain meds allow me to even begin to start. i have gone to two surgeons but they wont touch me.   what is this and what should i say to my doctors; this is not living.  sincerely rick
