severe pain

what would cause pain under right ribcage,above right hipbone,raidiates to my back,skin feels lik its on fire.

Shingles causes pain like that, but there should be blisters.  Costochondritis is extremely painful even though it's just inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs.  I suppose it could be a pinched nerve.  These are just thoughts.  You ought to see a doctor.

Are there any other symptoms or indications such as time of day, choice of food or physical position? Any other associated symptoms that you can feel?

at first it seemed to get worse around 4-5 pm.but now its as soon as i get up in the mornen and gets worse,extreme,into the night.the pain is from the breast bone down whole right side to above hip,and in my back and now its moved down to my knee.actually after i eat i can fill a hard muscle feeling above my hip bone.it burns like acid and runs down my leg.ive had bubbley feelen with the feeling of liquid running down hipbone and my leg.doesnt matter what kind of foods or drinks.it swells and burns.my skin feels like its burnen threw.its seems to ease sum with standing but the burnen gets worse.when i sit i have to bring right leg up and it helps sumwhat.it feels a if theres sumthang stuck in my colon or appendics..........so confused that all test keep comen back neg....just got insurance back and do have a primary care doc.apt tomorrow...

How r U doin?Have you any relief for your pain? Best bet is to visit your doctor and get a referral to a gastroenterologist.
