sprue and crohns

Hi.  I have Celiac disease.  I don't know if I have Crohns disease, but I have a long and twisted colon, which has caused issues from childhood.  I may have to have a resection in the future just to shorten the thing so it will work and not cause me to waste so much time and money trying to manage it.  Doc could not pass the endoscope through, even though I warned him he'd need to have the pediatric scope available.  He apparently didn't believe me.
