stomach problems

hi my name is sarah and for years now i have had many a problem with my stomach it stats off that any time i eat i get diarrhea instantly, not even a minute in delay, every other 6 to 8 wks i get burning so bad it feels like im on fire in my stomach the whole things burns so bad it cripples me my doctors think im nuts, the other part of that is when it burns it cleans out my system , i mean i **** the whole nite long sorta like strings of poop that continue about a foot long i usualy fill up the toilet at lease two to three times full, i also have burning in my stomach on a normal basis or stings of pain that last a few minutes and then let up. i know some of this is stress my doctors put me on a generic of celeexia 20mg a day, even though that has helped alot my problem lyes with a every day occurance because every time i go out or even stay home i get instant pains and then automaticly i need to poop with out any warning it like trying to control a ballon from poping when you realy cant i have had many a jobs where i have quit from this or have been fired. i need help im afraid its something realy bad and im more afraid because my daughter mariah has about the same problems just not nearly as bad as me yet. i have crapped my pants so many times in my life i feel like an 80 year old woman with no control of her bladder at all and im so tired of it. i dont know what to do and am afraid of being dignosed with some horable desise. the doctors think i have ibs along with whatever elce i dont know all i know is a cant work witch suffers my family time after time ive been on fip for 2years trying to ride my self of all this but doesnt seem to help even without working for so long.my fiance has sceene this for three years and know im not insane but every body elce think i am and im tired, if you have any advise please let me know, thank you. sarah
