ulcerative colitis

I am suffering from ulcerative colitis since 2005.But it was in controlled position. But in feb.2010 complaints of loose stools started. Then fever start. I took one tablet of Numslide. After that vomitting started and my B.P. falling down.I admitted to Hospital. They did colonoscopy and found that multiple ulcers-colomns Teminol. They started treatment
but I get fever daily. The fever removed when I took tablet. But again get fever next day upto 2 to 4 degree.
After 15 days they relieved me. But as soon as i entered my home I feel very week and my B.P. again become very Low. Again I admitted in same hospital. Next day doctors said that I am suffering from Bileral extensive pneumonia and seticaemia with septic shock, and referred to other hospital. They kept me in ICU for 15 days. Then I improved
a little but started having fever.  Found to have U.T.I. and was again managed with antibiotics. I than relieved. But as soon as i reached my house , fever again started daily 101 degree. When I took tablet paracitmol it become normal
than next day again get fever. I become very week. Pl suggest.thnking you
