singular can definitley do this also.i am a medical assistant and i was recently talking to the singular drug rep about this.
Hi,
Apparently you can have elevated liver enzymes if you have Celiac disease. I am not exactly sure why. Imuran also causes this. I, too, have Crohn's disease and elevated liver enzymes, but am not taking Imuran, so we're trying to figure out what's going on. Good luck to you!
my mother almost died last month because her liver enzymes were so high and kept going up but they found out it was her gallblader that was causing all the problems she stayed in the hospital for 8 days with no food and nothing to drink by mouth and everything started to go down so they removed her gallblader and now she is fine. Her levels were 33,000 and they said the normal levels are @ 20.
Can I ask you a question if you dont mind how did you no your son had crohns at age 3?
Im just worried my 2 year old might have crohns also but I dont no much about it.He has had C-Diff twice now last time he stayed in hospitial. He always has diarreah and to me that not normal plus he use to weight 30 pounds now he is 23 pounds and he wants to eat all the time its like he never gets full.He olny had blood in his stool when he was 3 months old which did go away. What were some of the things your baby had?Thankyou
The only thing that I know of is imuran
