what is it?

hello, i have been puking for the last year & a half after a horseback ride injury.
i have beent through every test known. but, yet doctors cannot figure out what is wrong.
every time i eat, i vommit. i feel sicker then ever & then puke. sometimes it is a lot, & sometimes its barely anything. i go through this gagging stage until it finally comes up. (i do not make myself vomitt)
after i eat, i have this lump that comes out underneath my left breast, & i can push it back in. Is there any way i have chron's?! please help. I hate being so sick, ALL the time. :(
