Abengoa cost 35 million euros to build and generates 6.3 million euros a year in power a year for a break even in 6 years and 6.3 million euros 'free' energy after that. Someone may have pulled some henky financing along the way, but the concept of carbon free, non-heavy metal solar concentrating is sound.
