Laws working how they're supposed too....

http://www.aol.com/article/2014/12/18/montana-jury-convicts-man-using-castle-defense-doctrine-at-mur/21118438/?cps=gravity_1593_1141682254672951009

Here is a perfect example of laws working how they are supposed too and justice being served.  This man deserves to be punished, but I'd suggest for nothing less than murder.

In my opinion, this is exactly how this law is supposed to work.  It is supposed to protect someone defending their home, not some jerk trying to bait and ambush.  Big difference, and I am glad that justice prevailed.

It's my personal belief that there is something abundantly wrong with someone who thinks they can blatantly bait and lie in wait.  This guy deserves the death penalty.

Someone leaving "bait", then lying in wait, with a clear intention of committing murder does not seem to be the intent of the castle defense law any more than the stand your ground law allows one to follow someone, then kill them.

The jury, in this case, was right to find the man guilty of murder.
