No way can we continue as a nation, headed down this path.  Sooner or later (and I fear that it will be much later) we are going to have to take some of this nation back.  I'm not smart enough to have the answers to the problems but I am just barely smart enough to know that we cant keep doing the same thing.... but we do it, time and time again.

That's where I draw the line.

I agree !

The sooner we stop dividing ourselves and start finding candidates we actually want, the better off we will be as a nation.

What I find amusing is, people are going to vote for people they said they didn't like just so the other team doesn't get that vote or the easy win.  In my opinion, that is where the problem lies.

This is what we keep doing as voters.  Vote for the person you dislike the least?  No wonder politics is the cesspool it is.  We've created it!

And Hillary would be a MUCH better option.

More of the same we've gotten from Obama for the last 8-years that's gotten us into the current mess we're in... yeah. That'd be AMAZING!

Let's try something DIFFERENT.

I think that is a very scary proposition.
I thought he looked like a nutcase last night with his inability to provide one scintilla of evidence for his crazy rant about Mexico sending their criminals here because Mexico is smart and we're stupid. Yeah, that's the kind of clear-headed thinking I want in a President.

I'm thinking it's time for a change, don't you?

With Hillary, we'll get much of the same we're getting from Obama, and possibly worse.

At least with Trump (ie: not a career politician who's vote on things won't be tied to this-group, or that-group who donated to him or helped put him in the WH, as it'll be with Hillary, and IS with Obama).

We've been trying the same thing for the last 50+ years, with the same results. Failed social programs. Failed economic policy. Failed healthcare system. TRILLIONS of American taxpayer dollars wasted, and what do we get for it..... continued failure, and America the laughing stock of the world.

I think the a non-career politician cannot be a bad choice. I say we give him a shot.

What can it possibly hurt? 4 years, in the grand scheme of things, is nothing.

Give Trump a shot...

These 11 charts capture the state of the US labor market right now

In July, the US economy added 215,000 jobs while the unemployment rate held steady at 5.3%.

But aside from the headline numbers, the report showed that the labor market continues to make steady gains.

The number of long-term unemployed continued to fall, while teen unemployment fell to its lowest level in years.

Along with the jobs report, the Bureau of Labor Statistics publishes a chartbook which paints a picture of a steadily improving labor market in the US.

Here are the 11 charts that tell the whole story. (I couldn't post the charts but they're in the article if you follow the link)

It's pretty simple: The unemployment rate is at a 7-year low.

And all measures of unemployment have been trending steadily downward.

The unemployment rate for teenagers plunged in July to the lowest since 2008.

While unemployment across demographic lines continues to fall.

Unemployment for workers without a high school degree hasn't budged in a year.

As for the unemployed, the number of folks considered "long-term unemployed" is falling.

While the number of people who consider themselves out of the workforce is falling.

For those who are working, part-time work is falling.

And the number of people working part-time because it's the only work they can find is plunging, though this remains above pre-recession levels.

The percentage of people working is inching higher.

And the total number of people working is near a record high.
