Police: Man punched woman holding infant

Baton Rouge police on Sunday arrested a man accused of repeatedly punching a woman in the face while she was holding her infant child.

Frank Beauchamp, 50, punched the victim several times and threw her to the ground, police said. He also “promised” to shoot her the next time he sees her, the report says.

Beauchamp, 5788 D’Juanna Drive, Baton Rouge, was booked Sunday into Parish Prison on counts of cruelty to juveniles, simple battery and simple assault.

His bail was set at $8,000, booking records show.                                               http://theadvocate.com/news/police/11252551-123/baton-rouge-police-man-accused

Hey, you don't have to convince me that there are places in the world where people act like rapid animals. That does not mean the police are not out of control in some places either.

This is a very very sad story about multiple people in horrible suffering. And yes, I am very glad I do not live anywhere close to there !

D’Juanna Drive is one Street over from the Street I was talking about dropping O.H. off at and having her walk down without calling the Police (Ford Street in the Projects called  Zion City). They would steal her phone before she had a chance to use it anyway. I didn't go in Zion City back in the 70s. If they did come I guarantee she would dive in their unit screaming "Shoot em, Shoot em, Shoot em all".
