Shock Poll: Sanders Catches Clinton and Crushes Trump in Iowa and New Hampshire
Sanders swamps Trump by 13 in Iowa and 19 in New Hampshire in new shock poll from NBC/Wall Street Journal
According to a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll Sen. Bernie Sanders has pulled to within three points of Hillary Clinton in Iowa, with Ms. Clinton winning 48 percent and Mr. Sanders winning 45 percent. The poll shows Mr. Sanders leading Ms. Clinton in New Hampshire by 50 percent to 46 percent, while a number of other polls show the Sanders lead in New Hampshire even higher.
Even more shocking to the talking heads of the mainstream media, whose blackout of Mr. Sanders is finally beginning to end over their objection and against their will, are these two points:
First, in the new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll in a potential general election match-up, Mr. Sanders leads Donald Trump in Iowa by a gigantic landslide margin of 51 percent to 38 percent, and in New Hampshire Mr. Sanders leads Mr. Trump by an even more epic landslide margin of 56 percent to 37 percent!!!
Second, there is now a very real possibility that Mr. Sanders could win both the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire primary in which case, as I wrote recently, all hell would break loose in the Democratic Party and throughout the mainstream media.
I write today to confront what I believe is the Big Lie of the mainstream media and the insider pundit classes, who spend far too much time attending cocktail parties and power lunches and quoting each other’s pearls of wisdom that are nothing more than the petty cash of low end politics that insiders persuade other insiders to believe, and far too little time talking with the real Americans who know far more than they do about what is happening in the real lives of the real people whose votes will determine the future of the nation.

Taxes. I think he said 9 percent tax for medicare for all which would cancel out premiums and copays as they exist today. I so agree with college free to want to go as that is our future and we should educate them. I have always felt that way. And I do agree about super packs and all that but republicans voted down doing away with citizens united.....
Hillary? They have chased her for years to make sure she couldnt become president so I dont believe most of the rhetoric they come up with. Dont like her personality but she does seem to be the most experienced and presidential out of the lot running.

I dunno. In a recent poll the majority want experience overall and has her leading in that, and she is still 25 or so points up on Sanders. The problem I have with Sanders is that he is promising all this stuff that he cannot deliver. No way with a republican congress can it be done.

I heard just this evening that Bush is eeking out Rubio for third place. I didnt see that coming as I thought Bush was done. So Sanders with Omalley as vp, hmm. I did hear that Sanders is really popular with the young voters. Whoever wins will be as a result of the voter turnout imo....

teko... it's Western Illinois University that predicts who's going to be President... They've nailed every one since 1975... Supposedly, they're better at predicting the outcome than Nate Silver...
They're saying it's going to be Bernie Sanders, with Martin O'Malley as Vice President. They've predicted that Sanders will beat Hillary in 22 out of 26 possible primary states.
They're also saying Bush will be the Republican candidate, but I don't see that at all... They haven't been real good at picking the losing ticket and there's always a chance they won't pick the winning one this time, as well.
One thing I will say is that, at least, I don't have a reason to believe Bernie should be in jail, as Hillary should be, even if I don't agree with Bernie's policies.
