Yup. Believe it or not, if someone wants to kill someone and there isn't a gun available, they find other means. One can only speculate in this case, but perhaps this person didn't have a gun and perhaps we were all protected by the laws that disallow this person to legally own a gun.... This idiot goes around all of that and strangles a poor woman.
