Pain Chest

I have been having a lot of pain in my lower lun area on both sides feels like something stuck in my lung.I have flu like symptoms,get tired real easy.I have had hrct,mri,ct,x rays, blood work all clear I just cant get over the pain gets worse.It hurts into my uper chest some to.I have had heart checked out also.My Pulmonary Dr wants to do a Vat on my lungs I have had Bronscopy was not clear but couldnt tell what was wrong.
