16 and pregnant please help !!

as of right now im going on 32 weeks and due December 31st. the first time i went to the doctor was when i was 25 weeks along which was sometime during the week of September 14 , i had sex sometime during the first week of April and then with another guy on the 27th of April , to me it makes more sense that the first week of April would be the dad but im not 100% sure who would more likely be the father i really need to know because one of the possibilities will be there for me and the other one wont i need to know help!!!!!!

I'm due the same day and it's from the beginning of April 5-10 possibly it takes 2weeks for an implant so basically if u had aex with someone end of the month you wouldn't be due until January early February
