Baby's father

I was on the depo shot in 2013 and got off me and my ex had sex constantly and I never hot pregnant in 2014 in May that would have been a year I was not on depo and in the whole month of March 2014 I didn't have sex at all but then My last period was April 12-17  I had sex with my ex boyfriend on April 18th a Friday then Saturday night after my new sex partner left the club he came over and we had sex the doctors said I conceived on April 26th but on April 26 I believe I was already pregnant because I was out drinking and got sick and threw up but didn't drink a lot and I was tired very easily the past 2 days before the 26th my due date has always been jan 17 but the baby still hasn't came and I'm having a girl ! So is it very likely that my ex is the baby's father or my new sex partner?

If you had been given the due date from an ultrasound in your sixth week, it could be spot on.  But no doctor can give you an absolute certain conception date from an ultrasound done in your third month.  By the 12th week there is a margin for error of +/- 7 days if you are trying to date your pregnancy using an ultrasound, because some babies grow faster or slower than the average.  That's why I used the number of the 19th to say your dates could certainly stretch back that far and that is not even counting in the long life of sperm in your reproductive tract.  It's not entirely a toss-up, but as I said, you can't really know which guy's sperm got there first.  Testing is the only way to know.

Yeah they do and I planned to but i just am curious and I was wondering is it possible that my egg could have dropped before the 26th wich is the day they said I conceived ?? & it was technically the 20th that I had sex with my new partner but the dna test will tell us all that we need to know so thanks

Hmm.  Well, there is a margin for error of a week in the dating of the pregnancy if your first ultrasound was not until you were three months along.  Meaning, your range of possible conception dates does stretch back to the 19th, and if you had sex with the other guy on the 18th and your new partner on the 19th it would not be possible to tell which guy's sperm got there first.  I'm sorry, but you are really in a position where only a DNA test can tell you what you need to know.  If both guys know this is the situation, do the test with both of them, so you can be sure, ruling one in and the other out.

My first ultra sound was at 3 months and before that my due date was the same even going off the spinnt wheel & I figured my ex wasn't but do you think it's more likely him then my new partner being that I had sex with my ex first and his sperm can live in my Fallopian tubes until the egg drops? Or does that matter ?

Sorry, it could be either.  Sperm can live five or six days in your reproductive tract (some research says longer, but other research says it is not lively enough to penetrate the egg by the sixth day).  This means that your ex is not out of the picture, especially if you got your due date from just a doctor measuring on a little wheel or a calendar.  How did you get your due date, was it from an early ultrasound?
