Can ultrasound date be off?

Im currently 29 weeks pregnant (by dating scan at 5week 6days) so im due 24th September. im only just starting to over think this but have been real certain all through out that my ex is the father..

anyway, me and him broke up about the 10th of January and we always had unprotected sex alot, but on the 13th jan i slept with someone else, taking the "morning after pill" 72 hours later. By conception calendar going off my due date everything points to my ex i was also given the due dates of 19th 22nd and then the 24th for a second time. My question is..

Is my baby my ex bfs. everything leads to that but want another opinion too?

Hi, musticc, if the following is correct, it sounds like you got pregnant around January 2, like the calculator you used indicates.

Sex with guy #1:  regularly and unprotected ending January 10
Sex with guy #2:  January 13
Positive pregnancy test January 26
Ultrasound on January 29 that said 5 weeks 6 days GA

It sounds like you were already pregnant by the time you took the morning-after pill.

So releaved to hear you say that. I thought so too but can the ultrasound dates be out that much? Like i was 100% sure baby was my exs.

I always say to get a DNA test when the baby is born, because you never want to have to wonder later.  But it does sound like you got pregnant around January 2.  Your ultrasound was early enough to be pretty accurate for use in judging conception.

Even giving or taking a week still doesn't add up to being guy 2

And if your ultrasound was at 5 weeks 6 days, there is not that large of a margin for error.  If you had told me the ultrasound was in your 20th week, it would be different.

So really chances of it guy no 2 is fairly tiny. Spoke to a family member she thinks its no way no 2s

Also all up ive had 4 ultrasounds with edd around the same time earliest 19th latest 24th. So whats the chance of all 4 being wrong

And also, the pregnancy test did say i was 3+ weeks from conception which i took on the 26th

Also is it even possible for baby to measure 2 weeks bigger that early. I saw a heartbeat so surely it cant be that wrong right? I keep over thinking this even though everything is telling me its my ex bfs

It sounds like there is nothing anyone can say, then.  I'd stop overthinking it if possible, it will only keep you over-hyped.

oh i also am unsure on my LMP, but it felt like i hadnt had it in about 2months. 100% i didnt have it at all in the month of December

Probable Date of Ovulation:  January 2, 2016
Possible Dates of Conception:  December 29 to January 6, 2016
Due Date:  September 24, 2016 (40 weeks)

Also got my positive home test on 26th Jan which said 3+ weeks
