Confused

Hi, I'm 22weeks pregnant now. But I'm kinda confused on when I conceived bc I had my period at the end of September and it lasted till the 4th of October. I had sex on the 5th and on the 6th and I took a plan b pill on the 7th. I then had sex again on the 9th and I think again 12th, but then I got my period again for October. In November I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative waited about a week took another one and it said I was pregnant and that I was already 2-3weeks pregnant. So my question is when is it that I conceived if I got my period for September and october but found out in November that I was pregnant and my due date is in July!?

Oct I believe... go 10 months 40weeks back from your due date
