Help !!

So my last period was on May 5th and lasted until May 8th. I'm currently 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant I believe. I hung out with a close friend on May 16, 17, and 18 we had unprotected sex those days & he claims he didn't ejaculate inside me but I was on xanax & really high off of weed so I can't remember much. The next day on the 19th(ovulation day), I had sex with my ex & he did ejaculate in me. Does that mean my ex is the father?

By 'get lucky,' I mean maybe the date indicated for your ovulation (by the measurements of the baby) will suggest one guy or the other, by ruling out one of them because he would be either too early or too late.

No, either guy has a chance, when the sex is only a day apart.  Sperm can live up to 5 days in your body.  Whether or not the first guy ejaculated, he could still have had sperm in his pre-ejaculatory fluid that went into you during the unprotected sex.

All you can do at this point is get an ultrasound, and ask them for your estimated due date.  (Don't have them base it on your last period, that is not the most reliable way to count.  What you want is an estimated due date based on the size and developmental markers of the baby.  If you want to be sure they do this, tell them that your periods are really irregular and you aren't sure when the last one was.)  The talk about Xanax and weed makes me wonder if you have health insurance; don't do this at the ER if you have a regular ob-gyn and insurance, go to your regular ob.  But get the ultrasound really soon in any case.  (Ultrasounds much past your 8th or 9th week are not as reliable for dating pregnancy because babies grow at different rates.)  Then once you get your estimated due date, count back from it on a calendar 266 days, or use an online conception calculator, and see if all of this really points back to the 19th.  Sometimes women ovulate a lot earlier or later than the average 2 weeks from their prior period, maybe you will get lucky when you do this assessment and will find that the baby came later than you think.
