I don't know who the father is!

I am 16 years old and my last period started on the 3rd of January 2016. I had sex with my boyfriend at the time, also 16, on the 15th of January, we did the withdrawal method. We have been doing the withdrawal method for 1 and a half years now and I have never gotten pregnant. Then I had sex with an 18 year old on the 7th of February. We used a condon but after he came and pulled out, the condom was still in my vagina and I had to pull it out myself. I took the morning after pill about 30 hours after that sex. I started feeling really sick on the 15th of February (1 month after guy A and 1 week and 1 day after guy B), I took two pregnancy tests and they both were positive. How do I know who's baby it is or how far along I am?

But you should tell your bf what happened if he doesn't alrrady know.
If the doctor is able to tell her  how far along she is (and the doc should be able to do that), she might not need to tell her boyfriend what happened.

The only definitive way to know is to get an exam done by a gynecologist.

You go see a doctor and get an ultrasound.  If the last time you had sex with your then-boyfriend was the 15th of January and the next time you had sex was on the 7th of February, the time gap is big enough that an ultrasound in your seventh or eighth week will be able to tell which time produced the pregnancy.  But don't wait, as ultrasounds get less useful over time to pinpoint a conception date.
