Had you been having unprotected sex with your fiance a lot and never got pregnant?  Has the due date changed over the course of your pregnancy?

Yes an me an my fiance had sex everyday up til march 26. The other person one time on the first my period came in march an didn't come in April.  It was the most normal period I've had in months an not heavy at all like always
We been having unprotected  sex for three months.
He was incarcerated  for 18 yrs
When I went to my doc appt.  I was 7 wks and 6 days
This was first week of may
I'm 26 wks as up today my due date went frm 26, 25, &24
In march my period came on frm the 17th- 21. We had sex before an after. Than march 26 was the last time we had unprotected. The other guy just once on April the 1st. Than no period in april
The doctor appointment where you were 7 weeks 6 days is useful.  Do you remember exactly what day that was?
(You just said it was in the first week of May.)
May the 7th
When I counted back 40 wks from my due date it said march 18. I'm confused
It sounds like you are being told from the 7 week 6 day ultrasound that you got pregnant on March 27.  That's not enough different to be totally certain, but not as bad as if it were to point directly to April 1.

Doctors count pregnancy as being 40 weeks long in order to count back to a first day of an average woman's last period before pregnancy.  The count to get from a possible date back to conception is only 38 weeks.  The "7 weeks 6 days" figure the doctor gave you from the ultrasound was saying you were 5 weeks 6 days from presumed conception.

In your shoes I would assume the baby is from your boyfriend, but I would do a DNA test when the baby is born.  If you don't want to admit to the boyfriend that there is a need, test with the other guy, but be careful that he doesn't fake the test or have someone else do the swab.  Call the family courts in your area and go with him and see him do the test, or do a drugstore swab and watch him swab and put the swab in the envelope yourself and mail it yourself without it being out of your possession.  You do need to know for sure, as does your baby, as do both men deserve to know for sure they are or aren't the dad.

Hm, that is pretty early to be exact, since they can't see the  heart beating yet at that point.  I assume you mean 4 weeks 5 days from the first day of your last period, not since conception?  In other words, a doctor told you 4 weeks 5 days at that point?

I think you can't be exact because the ultrasound was so early, but that it looks like you conceived right at the point where either person could be the dad.

It all depends on how accurate the method was that gave you the due date.  Was it from a doctor, using an ultrasound to measure the embryo, in the early weeks of pregnancy?
