Just want to understand.. is it possible that i could have been ovulating at all from 11-19 of march which was the first day of. my period (19 th) thats 8 days before i started my period. All the studies i have done along with online help (yours included) have helped me on my issue. Im still getting that guy 2 is the dad. Thank you.

The answer to the question about whether you have to be ovulating to conceive is yes, the egg only lasts in your system about a day or a day and a half.  So if there is no sperm waiting for it when it pops out, it dissolves.  You would have ovulated about two weeks before the period, so the egg from then would be gone by the time 7 more days elapsed.

No i guess i just want re assurance. Or maybe inputs on how likely it is to have a 5  day period right after conception. Or if anyone else has had this problem.  I downloaded an ovulation chart. And based on that i was not ovulating a week before i started my period which was with guy num1. Do u have to be ovulating to concieve ? Im just very nervous and i dont want it to stress the baby. Ill go to the next. Dr visit soon. And ill def ask him. I just wanted to ask the online community to see how likely it is to menstruate like i did if i would have concieved a few days ahead. Which would have been with guy num 1. But all of the answera ive gottwn have made me feel so much better so thank you so much ! And congrats to all who is expecting as well!

Hi, well, you say "supposedly I conceived in early April, but I need some opinions."  You had sex, had a normal period, and got pregnant, and your due date suggests early April.  What do you need opinions about?  Do you think the doctor is wrong?

Hi, 123girl, when did you get the due date, and how was it determined?  For example, was it by measurements from an ultrasound?  If so, how early in the pregnancy?

The fact that you had a period after the first guy seems pretty clear he is not the dad, and depending on the method of determining your due date, it does not point to him either.  Write back.

Stay strong sweetie. No one is judging and at least it's only two guys and not 20. I think by the sounds of it your boyfriend is the baby's daddy but only a DNA test can tell you for sure. But I'm here for you, and don't think any less of yourself over this. I'm sure you'll be a fine mom. Good luck and congrats. I'm 17 weeks. :)
