Paternity/Conception?

I am due May 17th  so I am about 21 weeks. I have an embarrassing and worrisome question about the paternity of my baby. I know that I can get testing after he is born and I can not afford it before as in now. I was with my ex boyfriend around the 15th of August 2013. Possibly up to the 17th but no later. We broke up due to a domestic violence situation and I have not seen him since. We used the pull out method only and were together for a year without pregnancy. I was with another man, my boyfriend now, the 24th of August AND a lot more that week up until now. My last period began around August 14th. My periods are highly irregular. I was in the hospital for an unrelated issue on September 4th and before they gave me medicine I had a negative pregnancy test, unsure if this was blood or urine because both were collected. I was in the hospital again on September 8th and told I was pregnant approx 1 to 1 and a half weeks based off of my high levels (again not sure if this was blood or in urine they tested). I do nit know if my ex or new man is the father. The new guy I am with ejaculate inside me every time. I think it is him but I am unsure. He is aware of this and does not believe the baby to be his. I think in my heart it is our baby. Can anyone offer insight?
Please no judgements.
I have done research online about ovulation, getting pregnant while menstruating, due date reverse calendars, and just about everything but I am still not sure. I will have a paternity test later after he is born but because one father is half Jamaican and one is white I am pretty sure it will be clear. I need to know now...

The calculator I use gives August 24 as your likeliest ovulation date (based on the May 17 due date).   It seems rather unlikely that sex on the 15th would get you pregnant on the 24th, unless, of course, your May 17 due date is wrong, but if you got it from a doctor it's likely to be correct or close.  At the very least, your boyfriend is mistaken in saying it can't be his baby; having sex on the 24th when your projected ovulation date was the 24th means he is very likely to be the dad.  You say "I need to know now," but the only thing you could do is take a DNA test to know now, and you say you cannot do that.  Given this, I would try to take the dates to heart until the baby is born, and test after that.

Glad to hear back.  I'm glad you're out from under the strain of not being sure.
