Paternity please help me Know for sure

I have been with my partner 2 years he left me in August and we got back together early October ... When we broke up I had sex with a new man on September 14th at midnight I took a morning after pill on the 16th I had sex with him again on the 30th September I was expecting my period around this time but knew it may be a little late due to the morning after pill. During Sex on 30th sept I came  on my period and we continued in the shower he said he finished inside me. I then had a heavy period that was off and on for
4 days different to my normal period but I put that down to the morning after pill. I got back with my partner and believe we had sex once or twice around the 7th-10th October  I am almost sure atleast once but can't be definate and then had sex again 12th 13 th 14th of October  and lots more the rest of October. I found out I was pregnant on 26th October when I did a home pregnancy test ....

I had a scan on29th October nothing showed on scan

Had another scan 5th November gs mean measurement was 8.2mm yolk sac was seen

19th November another scan said I was 7weeks 2 days but I think they were using lmp crl measured 10.6mm and heart beat visualised

Had a bleed so was rescanned 5th December crl measured 32.9mm gestational age 10+1 day but again not sure if this was from lmp of scan measurements of crl

Last scan my official dating scan 24th December 2015 dated 12+3 but 12+1 from lmp due date given 4th July 2016 from ultrasound.

I so want this to be my partners baby but will love the child no matter what. Mum partner knows I slept with someone else during our break but he said he feels
Comfortable
Enough from the dating scans that it is his child. Do I have any reason to worry? Thank you for taking the time to read my worries I hope
Someone can help me with answers

I think from the entirety of what you have described, this is your boyfriend's baby.  It never hurts to have a DNA test when the baby comes just so you can put the whole question behind you forever, but the dates are a bit too stretched to include the first guy.  (ps -- sperm does not live 7 days, at least not in a state viable enough to penetrate the egg.)

Not trained in this area, I'm trained as a lawyer.  Just fell into it.

Annie thank you so much for your quick response I have read your replies and you provide so much help to so many are you trained in any way in this area? Or just know your stuff? I know it is highly unlikely as dates say it is my partners and technically I had a period and ultrasounds seem to back this up. It's just some posts say you can ovulate early and I worry that maybe he sperm lived 7 days and the ultrasound is 5 days wrong .

Sex from September 30 would not have produced a baby due July 4.  It seems pretty certain.  I am with your partner, I would feel comfortable in your shoes.
