I would not spend the 1600, especially because the quality of the different labs doing prenatal testing varies a lot. It would be really annoying to spend the money and find out later that the results were incorrect. (If you do go ahead with prenatal testing, test both possible fathers.)
But with the fact that your period and both ultrasounds all say the same thing, and because both ultrasounds were so early, I think in your shoes I would rely on the baby being from guy A. This would not prevent me from ultimately doing a DNA test when the baby is born just to put the question to rest, but I would go through the whole pregnancy confident.
