Get the second ultrasound.  4-5 weeks is too early for precision.  The best time is 6 or 7 weeks.  Not later, though.

Thanks so much for the answer....the doctor says it's more 4-5weeks gestational pregnancy and my symptoms is more like 5weeks pregnancy so it means I concieved the baby on August 7? Coz if 5weeks-2weeks? I wish it's not the August 7 guy coz it's just a mistake not for love.

I think the baby is much more likely to be from your boyfriend, from sex in late July.  Get another ultrasound very soon if you can, and ask your doctor for an estimated due date based on the baby's measurements and developmental markers.  Don't wait, it should be done in your 6th or 7th week counting from the first day of your last period. Once you have the estimated due date, you can use an online calculator to work back to an estimated conception date, or simply count back on a calendar 266 days. Good luck.
