REALLY STRESSING PLEASE HELP ME

Okay so, Im now 30 weeks pregnant. I had my last period on January 1st, 2013 and it lasted about 2 days it was very heavy. :( and i had a clot come out. I had sex with my ex on the 3rd and 6th of january then started seeing someone else on the 9th and we had sex every single night after the 9th. Coming febuary i missed my period i took a pregnancy test on feb 9th and it was posotive, went to the doctor to get an early ultrasound. On feb 21st it says i was exactly 7wk and that my conception dates were the 15, 16 17 of January. I was just wondering that was the only early ultrasound i had. I even looked up the measurements for a 7 week old fetus is around 1.1 cm and mine was 0.95 cm, and on the ultrasound it looked stretched out. I was just wondering since that was the only early ultrasound i had, could i have been 8wk or anything like that??? I am now marrried to the guy from the ninth because they told me the dates and it pointed to be his, just wondering if i should worry :( please help i live everyday in fear of this. .

The conception calculator I use suggests your ovulation would have been on January 17.

I think an ultrasound at 7 weeks is going to be spot on, or off by only one or two days at the most.  The only question you might wonder about  is whether sperm from January 6 could have lasted in your body until January 15, and the answer to that is, nothing I have ever read has suggested it lasts that long.  About 5 or 6 days is all most of the material on this topic suggests.  If you feel obliged because the question is going to eat at you, perhaps you could arrange a quiet DNA test with the ex once the baby is born, but you might do better just looking at your husband's baby pictures and comparing them to pictures of your child when the baby is born.  It's pretty amazing, how often the kid is the spitting image of the dad when he is a newborn.  Compare photos to photos, though, no holding up a photograph against a living person, it doesn't show that well then.

I don't think you have a LOT to worry about but if you are going to worry, a DNA test would put the question finally to rest.

What is your due date? You can count backwards 280 days from your due date to get an estimation of the first day of your LMP. You can also count back 266 days from your estimated due date to get an estimation of when you conceived. At 7w, ultrasounds are pretty accurate with a one week margin of error. Since you are now 30w, ultrasounds can be off by two weeks. It sounds like it may be guy number two since ovulation, assuming its a 28d cycle, occurs 2w after your period. Also, since you conceived around the 15,16 and 17, there is no way your ex can be the father knowing that sperm is viable for 5 days. If you still have questions, write a list of questions for your doctor and DO NOT leave until all of your questions are answered. If you are anxious, ask to speak to your doctor over the phone so you won't have to wait until your next appointment. Good luck!
