These results suggest strong possibility that fathter is NOT biological?

Based on the genetic testing results obtained by PCR analysis of STR loci, the probability of paternity is 1% as compared to an
untested, unrelated random man of the general population (prior probability = 0.5). Please note that 2 mismatches (at loci D2S1338
and D19S433) have been found in the comparison of the profiles between the alleged father and the child. Possible relationship
scenarios are as follows:
1. The Alleged father is not the biological father of the child or may be a possible relative of the biological father.
2. The Alleged father is the biological father of the child but there is a double mutation in the Child.
Further testing involving the mother of the child is recommended.

My thought is, test again before believing it, and use the best lab and samples from both parents and the child.

Was this test done without the mother's sample?  Is this a reputable lab?
