Want to be involved if I'm the father

This girl I was with had a baby on Nov 30. I was with her around the time she should have gotten pregnant, I want to know my chance of being the dad.
She had the baby nov. 30th was due the 27th (so 3 days late)
Sex with me March 5th and throughout that week
Sex with her ex on Feb 25th
Period Feb 14th but she said her cycle is longer than average by like a week usually
First US was 17 weeks because she thought she had a period due to light bleeding towards end of March and dark brown spotting that lasted to Late April, she said like old blood.
Found out it was a boy at 21 weeks dates correlated well (21 weeks just showed 2 days smaller so due date was kept)
Had 2 growth scans measured smaller, baby a little over 6lbs.
We used pullout method but did it multiple times
Dr. Told her based off 1st us due date that she should have ovulated around the 6th of March based off her due date from her first scan.

I think you have better odds of being the father than her ex has.  Most of what you said points to you and not him.  Get the test, stop worrying.

You have better odds of being the father than her ex does.  Most of what you said points to you and not him.

Now that the baby has come, find out what lab(s) in your area are considered to be reliable for doing DNA testing, if you have not found out already.  The best way to do this is to call the family courts in your area of jurisdiction and ask for a list of labs certified by the courts to do DNA testing for determining paternity.  Don't use a drugstore test, go to a lab where you have to show ID and all the samples are handled by neutral third parties.  If her ex will do this also, all the better.  (If not, she can probably get him to do it by court order.)  You are better off getting a positive with one guy and a negative with the other; it's a way to double-check.

I don't think her ex will even test with us does it matter that much? Thanks for the response
It's always a good idea to get a firm yes for one guy and a firm no for the other.  If anything about your test makes you uncomfortable (such as, if you get a no but wonder if it is not right), he should test.  As I said, a judge can make him do it.  Go to a certified lab and take the test and see where that gets you.
