When did i conceive

Hello,
So i recently found out i was pregnant and today 12/11/14 i got a sonogram and they said im 6 weeks and 3 days  they judged it by my last period  which i said was oct 25 . But im not sure i could have been spotting .I asked the dr when does she think i conceived. She stated i must of conceived on Nov 11th. I didnt have sex on Nov 11. On Nov 2nd i had a one night stand but the person is saying he swears he used a condom. I was really intoxicated that night so i don't remember anything. Im totally confused! The last two times i had sex prior to that was OCT 22 and before that oct 13 . Which this app i use shows that i was ovulating on the 13th . Is it possible that the sonogram is innacurate? Or was i already pregnant before i had sex on the Nov 2nd. I really need answers the guy is swearing he used a condom and nothing went wrong plz help me figure this i believe it was my ex boy friend. It just suck bc i dont remember when my last period was and the one i do remember was it reg or just spotting. I have heard individuals say they had a period altho they already conceived . Im really hoping its not the guy i had a one night stand with bc he is not responding well.

I already said, if you read above, don't go to the ER and don't go to a random place.  This would include those birthright places who do an ultrasound so they can try to convince you not to have an abortion.  Go to a regular ob-gyn.  They should have an ultrasound tech on their staff who does ultrasounds for pregnant women all the time.

Is a vaginal ultrasound when the put a penis looking thing with a condom on it  because if so that is what they did yesterday. Butcit was for sure a random place. She wouldnt even give me a pic of the ultrasound. She said bc i wasnt sure. But i will definitely double check i am so stressed out . This is my first pregnancy in my life and my circumstances i set my self up for are horrible but thank you for your advice . Should i go to e.r or find a good ultra sound place in my neighborhood?

I don't think you can speculate any further, you need another ultrasound, and a reliable one.

Also to answer your question i think they just labeled it based off of what i said but i know i saw blood on oct 27 but ive been told and researched that you can have spotting that may appear as a period but its implantation bleeding. Also another factor is when i had sex on oct 22. The guy was really nervous and pulled out bc he said he saw blood and white heavy *** does that mean anything.

Honey, if it is as serious as needing to know in order to get an abortion or not,  go to your ob-gyn and get a vaginal ultrasound.  Don't go to the ER, or just to some random place.  Tell the people when you check in, and the doctor, that you aren't sure when your last period was, so that will not influence the date you are told.  Ask them for a vaginal ultrasound and when they do it, ask them to tell you an estimated due date based on the embryo's crown-to-rump measurement and developmental markers.  Pay for this out of pocket if you have to, and get it right away.  If you went to your own doctor last time, go to a different doctor.  Just start calling around, you should be able to get in.

You say you know when you were ovulating because you have an app.  I'm sorry, but apps don't actually know when you are ovulating for sure.  They are based on averages.

The way things are being told to you now, if you only had sex on the 13 of October, the 22 of October, and the 2nd of November, (and no sex around the 11-13 of November), and if you are really at 6 weeks 3 days, the guy from the 2nd would have to be it even if he used a condom.  So this is very very very important for you to double check.

Yes the lady did the sonogram but i dont trust it. I only had unprotected sex that i know of on oct 13 with my ex boyfriend which i know for sure i was ovulating bc i have an app that i use tht said i was ovulating on oct 13 and i had unprotected sex again on oct 22 but how could i be ovulating two times in one month. They are saying it's the nov 2nd guy but i wasnt fertile on the 2 i didnt become fertile or ovulate in nov till nov 5   And they are saying i conceived on the nov 11 or in tht week and this guy swears and is being very rude saying he used a condom. Is it possible they are accurate. I need to be certain who fathered my child will help me determine if i should abort or not?? Please help i strongly believe it my ex i had sex w/ him the exact day i was ovulating and he came in me and i normhave an opportunity to go to the bathroom right after sex but that day i couldnt i had to go back to work and stayed with the *** in me for a few hrs before i went to the rstroom.

Are you sure the sonogram said you were 6 weeks and 3 days?  Or did they just label your file with that date because that is when you said your last period was?  If you didn't have sex with anyone around November 11, 12 or 13, you should probably go in for another ultrasound.
